Best In The World!
The Masters of Harmony (read= my dad!!!) won the international mens chorus competition this year in Nashville.
Whether or not it's your thing, give it a watch because
well,
you just don't see this kinda thing every day.
And did I mention that it's my DAD??
enjoy.

Hey Baby, It's The Fourth Of July
In honor of the anniversary of the independence of our nation, I put forth that we do not deserve such a celebration.
We are apathetic, fat and lazy. In all reality, we do not care about freedom so long as we have our cars, houses and diamond rings. We are free to buy. And we do. We hardly realize that we are under the thumb of the man- because truth be told- we like it. We like to be told what to do.
I can't change anyone and I can't make them see things that they are not ready to see. So I will merely remind you of what one of our founding fathers would have said about the situation we are in.
"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established, should not be changed for light and transient causes; and, accordingly, all experience [has] shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce [the people] under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security." --Thomas Jefferson: Declaration of Independence, 1776. ME 1:29, Papers 1:429
I ask only one thing
Take a moment
And think.
